Terms of use

These terms apply to guildpress.ulki.in ("Guild Press", "we", "us"), operated by Karmveer Singh, a sole proprietor based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the site, creating an account, buying or uploading designs, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

2. Buying

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes and shipping.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Products are printed to order by our print partner and shipped as described in our shipping policy.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy.

3. Uploading designs

• You may only upload artwork you created yourself or have full rights to use. Do not upload anything that copies another brand's logo, a copyrighted character, or someone else's work.
• You keep ownership of your designs. By submitting one, you give Guild Press a non-exclusive licence to display it, print it on products, and sell those products for as long as the design is listed, and to use it to promote the site.
• Every design is reviewed before it goes live. We may reject or remove any design at our discretion.
• Designers earn a royalty on each confirmed sale of their designs. Rates, tiers, what counts as a confirmed sale, payouts and taxes are explained in the designer terms, which form part of these terms. We may update those rules with notice.

4. Not allowed

• Hateful, obscene, violent or illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's rights
• Spam, fraud, or attempts to break, overload or misuse the site
• Impersonating other people or brands

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe a design infringes your rights, use the "Report design" option on its page or email support@ulki.in with details. We review every report and take infringing designs down.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
